At Travelpro Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
